Our Process
Requirement Review
Every project starts with a technical review of the application, operating environment, and performance requirements. We work directly with engineering teams to understand electrical characteristics, duty cycles, mechanical constraints, and compliance needs. Whether the goal is a new design or a form-fit-function replacement, requirements are defined upfront to avoid surprises later.
Manufacturing or refurbishment
Magnetics are manufactured in-house or refurbished from existing units using controlled processes and quality materials. This includes custom winding, insulation replacement, core reassembly, and mechanical restoration. For legacy or obsolete equipment, reverse engineering allows us to reproduce or extend the life of existing designs without compromising reliability.
Design / Reverse Engineering
Based on the application, we develop a magnetic solution using proven core materials, winding techniques, and insulation systems. Designs may be open-frame or enclosed, depending on environmental, safety, and integration requirements. When applicable, designs are aligned with recognized safety and compliance standards, including UL considerations, to support use in regulated and mission-critical systems.
Testing & Delivery
Completed units undergo inspection and electrical testing to verify performance against specifications. Testing may include continuity, insulation resistance, and functional verification as required by the application. Units are then prepared for delivery, with documentation available to support installation, maintenance, and long-term service.
